Reflection: Part one
College Reading Reflection
You will submit artifact(s) AND 300-500 words or 1-2 pages, college level writing, double-spaced submitted as a pdf or text entry OR a 2-3 minute video that satisfies of the following:
a) Reflect: Think about all of your course RRJ’s, Spare Parts speaker events, free writes, and/or Literature Circle notes. Discuss howdoing the RRJ assignment influenced how you read or thought about the book. Name some characters from Spare Parts who made you think about your story. Discuss specifically how thinking about those characters has influenced your decisions, actions, values, or motivation for attending college. Develop this reflection with specific examples. b) Reflect Beyond College One: Think about your experiences reading in all of your other classes this semester. How has your reading changed since entering college? What strategies have you developed for managing reading assignments? What is something that you read that was difficult for you, what resources did you use to make sense of it? How do you feel like an insider in reading for college how do you still feel like an outsider? What would you like to do about that?

I began recieving more A's on my essays which made me exceptionally happy. I have always recieved a couple of A's here and there but I never thought I would receive them so early in the STACC english class. It truly helped me feel better about my writing and where it's loading so far.
