The "Write" to LiteracyThis was my first essay and the essay that I am most proud of. I enjoyed writing this essay because I was given the opportunity to look back into my childhood. It gave me the opportunity to reach into the roots of who I am, and where my love for English began essentially in between my classes and all throughout as a child. I received an A on this essay which provoked in me feelings of both jubilance and confidence to keep moving forward in my writing. After getting it back, I re-read it over and over because I didn't believe I wrote it.
